We are currently seeking an OFFICE MANAGER to join our team!
Purpose of the Position
As the Office Manager for The Newburgh Group, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Office Manager reports to the owners of The Newburgh Group and is responsible for providing office management services and maintaining office records.
A successful officer manager will find ways to get things done with the least amount of assistance. They will support the office, the management team and all staff to try and make everyone’s job easier and more productive.
The best qualified candidate will possess the following characteristics.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Takes Ownership of issues
- Focus on Attention to Detail
- Possess Technology and Social Media skills
- Enjoys working with others
Ideally, the candidate with an advantage over others will possess some working knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet Knowledge
- Power Point experience is a plus
- Electronic and Digital Marketing
The office manager should find and suggest ways to save or generate additional income for the company and will perform other jobs as assigned.
Work hours: The work hours for the position are flexible, depending on the efficiency of the individual.
Education: The ideal candidate will be a college graduate; however, experience may override the lack of a degree.
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, experience, background, etc.
