We understand that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight. We also understand that we may be one of a number of resources that you use for your hiring needs. That's why we're flexible and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.

Retained Search

An up-front investment is typically equal to 1/3 of the anticipated fee is required to initiate this type of search. You then provide us the second portion of our fee upon the presentation of no less than three qualified candidates. The balance of the fee will be due upon the start date of the successful candidate. For Retained Searches, the fee is based on a percentage of the annual compensation and we provide an extended 6-month guarantee. We also provide a discount off of our standard fee. We agree to provide at least 3 qualified candidates for your approval within 30 days.

Advantages to the Client – All of the resources at our disposal will be allocated to your opportunity. A team of specialists within the office will be chosen to work solely on this particular position. In addition, we will put the candidates through a highly rigorous interviewing program, which may include personality assessment, criminal and background checks, and thoroughly vetted references. Our process is designed to bring you only the top three (3) candidates available as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Engaged / Priority Search

You provide a deposit to initiate the search. The remainder of the fee is due only upon the successful hire of our candidate. We agree to provide at least 3 qualified candidates for your approval within 30 days. For Engaged Searches, we provide a discount off of our standard fee and provide a 90-day guarantee.

Advantages to the Client – This search option provides you with exclusivity on all candidates we present, until a decision has been made to pursue or decline the candidate for interviewing. In addition, most searches are worked on a first-in, first-worked basis. This search moves you to the top of our priority list behind only fully retained searches.

Contingency

Many of our searches are performed on a contingency basis, whereby we provide candidates and you pay us a fee only if you hire our candidate. Contingency searches are based on a percentage of the anticipated first year’s earnings. In addition, we also provide you with a 30-day guarantee.

Advantages to the Client – This search option provides you with very little risk and allows you to engage a search firm for candidates without the financial commitment unless we provide a candidate that you hire. The contingency approach is geared more toward positions that are not as urgent.
